On Nov. 9, some intriguing subpoenas and letters were issued by the GOP Oversight Committee to Hunter Biden’s business associates Eric Schwerin and Mervyn Yan, his gallerist, George Bergès, and his art patron, Elizabeth Naftali, requiring them to appear for depositions.
In addition to the subpoenas, letters requesting transcribed interviews were sent to Carol Fox, Joey Langston, John Hynansky, and Jason Galanis. All of these names should have some degree of familiarity as we’ve covered these associates of the Biden family at some point during previous shows.
In this episode, we’re going to zero in on Eric Schwerin—and his overly close involvement with the Bidens. But there's also a larger story intertwined throughout these twisting relationships.
A story of how not only the Bidens—but also all of Washington—use their positions to enrich themselves by allowing access to individuals who are willing to pay for that access. “The government has already said UFOs are real in some ways ... at least, the data is real,” said Garry Nolan, a professor at Stanford University and the founder of the SOL Foundation, a premier center for research on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).
This month, a bipartisan group of lawmakers hosted a congressional hearing on UAP, formerly referred to as UFOs.
Witnesses testified about the threat to national security posed by potential incursions into U.S. airspace, while criticizing the Pentagon for shrouding many UAP documents in secrecy, according to an Epoch Times article.
“Don’t wait for Daddy Government to do something. Disclosure can come from the public. Waiting for the government to make up its mind is like waiting for them to, you know, refund your tax check. Don’t sit around waiting for it. Go out and do it yourself,” said Nolan.
In today’s episode, Nolan will explain how he became involved in UFO research and what he experienced during some of the unusual investigations.

Nolan is a Stanford professor in the Department of Pathology. He trained under Leonard Herzenberg for his doctorate and Nobel laureate David Baltimore for postdoctoral work. He has published over 350 research articles, holds 50 U.S. patents, and has been recognized as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University.
“The thing that angers me the most is when I see opportunity lost. Usually, what I tell students is, ‘If you know you’re right and you can see the steps to get there clearly, don’t let somebody else dissuade you. Don’t let them demoralize you. Just do it.’”
In addition to his research, Nolan has founded several biotechnology companies, two of which are currently trading on NASDAQ.
