When we think about space, especially our own solar system, it’s easy to imaging everything that’s ever going to be there already being there. The idea of something new popping up just doesn’t seem likely because of the way we understand space and how ancient everything is in it. But that’s far from the truth. Celestial objects are born in space, but not super frequently, and most of the time, these aren’t in our solar system!
