Two teens found smuggled in boot of car in Texas

Two teens were found smuggled in the boot of a car in Kinney County, Texas, on 2 July, after being stopped by the police. During an interview, a DPS Trooper discovered the driver was an illegal immigrant from Mexico who was smuggling three other immigrants, including a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old in the vehicle's boot. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the driver was arrested and charged with smuggling of persons, and the immigrants were referred to the US Border Patrol.
