Bill Shorten ‘shocked’ to hear about former Labor leader Simon Crean’s death

Tributes are flowing from all sides of politics this morning, following the death of former Labor leader Simon Crean. NDIS Minister Bill Shorten said Simon was always a “source of advice” for him. “He is in that great tradition of Labor moderates,” Mr Shorten told Sky News Australia. “I’m quite shocked, I only saw him in the last two weeks and he was looking in pretty fine form.”
