ABC in ‘full campaign mode’ for the Voice Yes vote

The ABC has reissued editorial guidelines for staff to “remain impartial” when concerning the Indigenous Voice to Parliament, says The Australian’s media writer Sophie Elsworth. “The ABC I believe, is in full campaign mode for the Yes vote,” she told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “I mean, hello, the public broadcasters staff need to be told to be impartial, well now they’ve revised these guidelines, reminding staff, editorial staff of what they must adhere to, to be impartial and neutral when they’re covering the Voice. “You only have to look across their programming, it never swings in favour of the No Voice, it always swings in favour of Yes to a Voice.”
