Several canines competed at the annual World’s Ugliest Dog competition at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, CA, with a hairless 7-year-old Chinese Crested named Scooter taking 'top' prize. According to his bio, Scooter was born with two deformed hind legs and was rescued from an animal control facility by a volunteer with the org Saving Animals from Euthanasia. In a statement, Scooter’s human said she was ‘overjoyed and incredibly proud’ of his victory.
