The American Academy of Pediatrics discourages media use by children younger than 2 and recommends limiting older children's screen time to no more than one or two hours a day. Too much screen time can be linked to: - Obesity - Irregular sleep - Behavioral problems - Impaired academic performance - Violence - Less time for play Teen's number one app in many countries is Snapchat and in others it's TikTok and if you look at what is on these apps its pretty apparent that they are being unrestricted to a whole chain of thinking that you probably would never want them to be conditioned by.
