NSW govt to fast track housing development approvals

The New South Wales government has unveiled five suburbs where it will fast track approvements for development in a bid to address the state’s housing shortage. The Reasoning Pathways Pilot will allow land developers to apply for rezoning directly to the state government, bypassing council approval. The eligible suburbs include Warrawong, Kanwal, Wagga Wagga, Schofields and Glenmore Park.
