Queen's funeral day schedule of events released

The full schedule of events has been made available ahead of the Queen's state funeral on Monday. At 3:30pm eastern time on Monday, the lying-in-state period officially ends, and Westminster Hall closes to the public. At 7:44pm, the Queen's coffin will be placed onto a gun carriage and transferred the short distance to Westminster Abbey as King Charles and other senior royals walk behind. The funeral commences at 8pm eastern and concludes just before 9pm.
