Spanish police release dramatic video of suspected drug smugglers in boat trying to evade capture

Video released by Spanish police on Sunday (April 23) showed dramatic footage of suspected drug dealers trying to evade capture during a police chase. In the footage, filmed from a police helicopter, suspected drug traffickers are seen being chased at high speed by a police boat before they abandon the boat on a beach running past sun loungers. In a press release police said the boat was coming from North Africa on Saturday (April 22) before it stopped at Cala Gran in the southeast of the island. Police arrested 3 people and seized 1,200kg of hashish.
