Russian President Vladimir Putin negotiating with Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin makes the Kremlin appear “very weak”, according to Ukraine’s Ambassador to Australia Vasyl Myroshnychenko. “Prigozhin killed 22 Russian soldiers, shot several helicopters and a jet, and then he’s being received by Putin for some negotiations and some talks,” he told Sky News Australia. “Coming back to NATO, and I think this is what Russia sees, Russia sees uncertainty, Russia sees weakness and I think this is what emboldens Putin to move on.”
