Ukraine Claims 100 sq km Gains, Russia Bombs Drone Factories, US Asks NATO To Brace For "Marathon"

Ukraine claims to have regained control of over 100 sq km of territory in its counteroffensive against Russian forces. Ukraine has warned that Russia is putting up a “powerful resistance” on the southern front. Ukraine’s defence ministry says Russia is redeploying troops from the south to the east of Ukraine, near Bakhmut. The Ukrainian military also claims to have advanced up to 1 km near Vuhledar in Donetsk Oblast.
