"A fight broke out in Sierra Leone's parliament in Freetown on Wednesday (November 23rd) while lawmakers were in session. They discussed a proposed change to the electoral system to allow for proportional representation in next year's elections. The video shows representatives of the ruling Sierra Leone People's Party (SLPP) and the opposition All People's Congress (APC) party fighting and throwing chairs."
