Dominic Raab has resigned as deputy prime minister and justice secretary after a report found he displayed 'persistently aggressively conduct'. The five-month investigation by the lawyer Adam Tolley KC into Raab's behaviour heard evidence from government officials about complaints of bullying in three different departments. Raab told the BBC's political editor, Chris Mason: 'I strongly believe if the threshold for bullying is so lowered … then ultimately it will be the public that pay the price.'
