Police chief refuses to describe Met racism, misogny and homophobia as 'institutional'

Dame Louise Casey has released a 300-page report which found institutional misogyny, racism and homophobia persists within the Metropolitan police force, the biggest in the UK. The report was commissioned by the Met in the wake of the kidnap, rape and murder of Sarah Everard by the serving police officer Wayne Couzens.
