The head of the biggest rare earth's company outside of China says more processing of critical minerals could happen in Australia - but it requires more investment in local infrastructure. Lynas CEO Amanda Lacaze wants the government to step up funding instead of relying on businesses to come up with the cash. She told The Business' Rachel Pupazzoni at the Annual Diggers and Dealers mining forum in Kalgoorlie that an infrastructure injection from government could see the area become a critical minerals "super hub".
