Ukraine has requested Germany for more Leopard tanks to help its ground forces in the counteroffensive. The request comes a day after Moscow said it had destroyed at least a dozen of Kyiv’s tanks. Ukraine believes that Germany could easily provide more than the 18 tanks already delivered from its stockpile of over 300. He also said that the current number could be “tripled without endangering Germany's ability to defend itself.
