‘A side of guilt with fireworks’: ABC slammed for New Year's Eve show

There are “very few things” left for children and families to enjoy that’s not “infested with political messaging” after the ABC’s recent New Year's Eve broadcast, Sky News contributor Evelyn Rae says. “There’s very few things left for children and families to enjoy that’s not infested with political messaging,” Ms Rae told Sky News host James Macpherson. “From these over-represented, noisy minority groups. “Look, nobody wants a side of guilt with their fireworks, their families, and the music. “This is a problem with the ABC - when your salary is paid by taxes, you don’t have to worry about what viewers think.”
