Itaewon victims' families devastated after court ruling

Dozens of devastated victims' families reacted in anger and dismay on Tuesday (July 25), after South Korea's constitutional court ruled against a parliamentary vote to impeach the interior minister over the government’s response to the deadly Itaewon Halloween crush last year which killed more than 150 people.
