“Smallville” actor Allison Mack was spotted for the first time since being released from federal prison for her role in the Nxivm sex cult Wednesday, casually strolling outside her parents’ Los Angeles-area home. Mack, 40, wore a white long sleeve shirt and black pants as she stepped inside the house accompanied by her parents, Mindy and Johnathan Mack. The long pants conveniently hid the ankle monitor she has to wear as part of her deal to be released from prison.
