Dame Louise Casey has released a 300-page report which found institutional misogyny, racism and homophobia persists within the Metropolitan police force, the biggest in the UK. In an interview with British broadcasters, the Met police commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, said he accepted the 'diagnosis', but would not use the word 'institutional'.
