The Roseanne Barr Show (1987)

Roseanne Barr's first hour-long standup special. Includes all her "domestic goddess" material, plus interludes showing her as a wife and mother of three that seem like an early version of the sitcom she would create a year later. With cameos from her first (and then current) husband Bill Pentland, who plays one version of her husband, and her second (and then future) husband Tom Arnold, who plays another version of her husband. Hmmmm... As far as I can tell, this is available nowhere online, and was never even released on DVD. Roseanne is a legendary standup and cultural icon, and she deserves better than to be swept under the rug!
