Bodycam: Sex Offender Arrested at Walmart for Allegedly Touching Girls’ Privates, Taking Upskirt Pic

A registered sex offender was arrested on June 9 at a Georgia Walmart for allegedly touching the bottoms of two young female customers and taking upskirt photos of others. Bodycam footage shows Suwanne police rushing through the supercenter in search of 33-year-old Gary Moultrie after security showed them footage of the suspect creeping on the women.
