Workers in Southern Asia put in the longest hours globally

They work for an average of 49 hours per week, according to a new report by the International Labour Organization. East Asia has the 2nd-longest working week at 48.8 hours. Workers in Eastern, Western and Northern Europe spend the shortest time at work. Their average working week is 37.2 hours. North Americans work the second-shortest week at 37.9 hours.
