Serbia arrested three “fully armed” Kosovan police officials on its territory on June 14. However, Kosovo has claimed that the group of policemen were kidnapped from within its borders. Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti blamed Serbia for abducting his policemen and demanded their release. He declared that the trio were arrested 300 m inside Kosovan territory near its border. Meanwhile, Serbia claims the officers were armed with automatic weapons and were in full military gear with GPS devices, maps and other equipment. Serbian police also published a video that showed masked men leading a group of men in handcuffs.
