Freedom of Speech: Rights to Political Activity and Rights 'Not to Listen'

This legislation would prohibit employers from requiring employees to attend meetings where the employer shares their religious or political views and proposed “political activity or affiliation,” and also prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on their political affiliation or activity.
