Split in Coalition as to how surplus money should be spent

There is a split within the Coalition as to how the budget surplus should be spent. Deputy Opposition Leader Sussan Ley is saying any extra surplus money should be heading to Ukraine, where as Shadow Finance Minister Jane Hume is more hesitant to take that path.
