'Desperate Search for Two Children Swept Away in Pennsylvania Floods' Emergency services in Pennsylvania are searching for two children that were swept away in flash flooding. Mattie Sheils, 2, and Conrad Sheils, 9 months, were with their family when their car was caught in the flood. Their mother, 32-year-old Katie Seley, was killed, while their father, grandmother and older brother all survived. The uncle of the missing children praised the efforts of the emergency services. Authorities say they are doing everything they possibly can to find the missing children. At least four other people were killed after almost a dozen vehicles were trapped by flood water over the weekend.
