Russian Woman Held For Surveilling Power Plant For "Ukraine Attack"

Russian authorities have apprehended a woman suspected of collaborating with the Ukrainian Security Service and gathering intelligence for a potential terrorist attack on a power plant. The Federal Security Service (FSB) disclosed that she had been in contact with her "Ukrainian handler". Surveillance footage revealed the woman filming the power plant in Uglich, Yaroslavl.
