President Joe Biden meets Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on sideline of the APEC leaders conference in San Francisco… discussing migration and fentanyl trafficking. President Bident says, “Nothing is beyond our reach in my view if Mexico and the United States stand together and work together." The Defense Department holds a welcoming ceremony for the new Air Force Chief of Staff, at which the Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall calls on Sen. Tommy Tuberville to end his holds on military nominations and promotion as a protest on the Pentagon's abortion policies, as damaging to the military's ability to make improvement now to meet challenges. Gen. David Petraeus (ret.) defends Israel's military operation in the largest hospital in Gaza which Israel says is a Hamas command center. Rep.
