Australia can now get ‘our freedom and democracy back’: Peta Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says now the COVID-19 vaccines are being rolled out across the country, the premiers “can’t get away with locking us up anymore”. Ms Credlin said the coronavirus vaccines may not be a “100 per cent guarantee against getting COVID,” but they do almost serve as “complete protection against getting seriously ill or dying from it”. “Once COVID can't kill us, the premiers can't get away with locking us up anymore, in order to save us,” she said. “We can get our freedom back. We can get our democracy back, and we can get our normal lives back. “It should mean that all governments will have to justify what they do, with evidence and with arguments, rather than just brushing questions aside on the basis that they're following ‘expert advice’.”
