The Ukrainian military is reportedly firing rockets outfitted with AT2 anti-tank mines at Russian forces. The scatterable anti-tank mines contain a magnetic sensor to attach to metal targets. The AT2 mines were outlawed in 1997 under the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention. The claims were made by the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) on May 19.
