Underwater clash: Squid's epic ink defense against hammerhead shark 🦑🦈#shorts

Drone footage from Western Australia shows the moment a squid spewed ink at a hammerhead shark in a vain attempt to get away. David Alphonso said he captured this footage off the coast of Dunsborough in Western Australia. Alphonso said he noticed the shark swimming in circles and assumed the shark was looking for food. “All of a sudden I saw the squid pop up, it didn’t take long for the hammerhead shark to notice it too”, Alphonso said. In his video, the shark apparently bites into the squid right as the cephalopod releases the ink, creating a dark cloud in the water.
