Texas tornado fallout sees four dead and several more yet to be found

Four people are dead and 400,000 remain without power after a powerful tornado ripped through a small town in Texas. The tornado is part of multiple storm systems which have hit the US state, bringing large hail and flash flooding. Crews are ramping up efforts for a handful of people who remain unaccounted for.
