Skull And Bones, the 322, and DNA Genetic Manipulation

I had previously found a connection to the possibility of the Skull and Bones “322” as a reference to Genesis 3:22.
---
[Gen 3:22 KJV] 22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
When we come to knowledge that we were not supposed to have, God will have to relinquish the world from getting out of hand when man stretches his hand to live another way and become what we were not meant to be.
---
Nicholson1968 indicated another connection. That the 322 tells how. The DNA normal strands are the double helix of 22 strands of autosomes in both male or female. Now with plans to manipulate through geo-engineering and nano-programmable matter, it is attempting to create triple helixes, 3 helixes of 22 autosomes.

(I am not a scientist and only understanding this as a layman connecting it spiritually).

Technical information:
---
Humans normally have 46 chromosomes (23 pairs) in each cell. Two copies of chromosome 22, one copy inherited from each parent, form one of the pairs.
---
In 1999, researchers working on the Human Genome Project announced they had determined the sequence of base pairs that make up this chromosome. Chromosome 22 was the first human chromosome to be fully sequenced.
---
Identifying genes on each chromosome is an active area of genetic research. Because researchers use different approaches to predict the number of genes on each chromosome, the estimated number of genes varies. Chromosome 22 likely contains 500 to 600 genes that provide instructions for making proteins. These proteins perform a variety of different roles in the body.
