Earthquake affected Turkish provinces hit by flash floods

At least 11 people have been killed according to Turkish authorities after flash floods caused by heavy rain submerged the southern Turkish provinces of Malatya, Sanliurfa and Adiyaman. Some of theses provinces were already struggling to recover from last months devastating earthquakes which killed over 48,000 and displaced many more. Many people have also been reported missing because of the floods.
