Pushes for a ‘complete ban’ on junk food advertising to protect kids

Independent MP Sophie Scamps says she is calling for greater protections of children by implementing a “complete ban” on junk food advertising online. “It’s something that parents are calling for; they need support,” Ms Scamps told Sky News Australia. “Parents want their children to have healthy lives; they don’t want them to face a life of chronic disease.”
