Like Twitter, and Facebook. But somethings, like false-flag operations, or conspiracy theories, (such as NewTown, now concidered "Hate Speech," by Google policy,) and the backgrounds of people involved, are practically erased from internet history, and the search results, purposely censored. I recently did a post on this censorship, that was posted to my Facebook account. One day later, that post was deleted by Facebook, and called "Spam." And I was given a warning about posting it.
