The conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with Lorie Smith of 303 Creative, ruling expressive businesses have a free speech right to refuse requests for creative services based on the business owner's views about gay marriage -- or interracial marriage, or gender, or any of the protected groups under Colorado's anti-discrimination law.
