Thailand minister welcomes two hostages freed by Hamas

Foreign minister Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara on Monday welcomed two of the last remaining 23 freed Thai nations at the Udon Thani Airport, who were released during the Qatar-brokered ceasefire last week. At least 32 Thai labourers were among the nearly 250 people abducted by Hamas during their October attack on Israel, when the gunmen stormed through a border fence and killed 1,200 people, mostly Israelis. Officials in Thailand said 29 Thai citizens were also killed during the rampage.
