Navy SEALS, Sean Spicer walk in Dressed to Kilt fashion show

The Dressed to Kilt fashion show came to Washington, D.C. for the first time in its 20 year history. This year, the show was in benefit of the Navy SEAL Foundation. Former SEALS and celebrities, such as Sean Spicer and Oscar winner Lesley Paterson, strutted their stuff in Scottish kilts at the Omni Shoreham Hotel on April 1, 2023.
