This unique area that is composed of two nations and a very short distance from Buffalo, NY seems to contain many Old-World relics. It could be the work of those crafty 19th century business magnates and pioneers pulling off exceptional feats of logistical impossibilities yet again. Note-I use the term Niagara (without the falls) a bit in this exploration to acknowledge the theory these cities were one in the past.
