‘Racist Christmas gatherings’: Rita Panahi slams Boston Mayor’s ‘segregated' party

Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi says Boston Mayor Michelle Wu defended “racist Christmas gatherings” which were just a “segregated party that excluded white people”. An invite for Ms Wu's ‘Electeds of Colour’ Christmas party sparked anger last week as the party excluded all white officials from attending. Ms Wu later held a press conference where she said it was an “honest mistake” and she looks “forward to celebrating with everyone … besides this one”. “Boston Mayor Michelle Wu [was] defending racist Christmas gatherings that exclude people based on nothing other than their race,” Ms Panahi said. “Talk about a lefty losing it. “Besides this one – that would be the segregated party that excluded white people.”
