Teenager says nothing unlawful happened with BBC presenter - report

A lawyer representing a young person at the heart of a scandal involving a BBC presenter has said that the claims made are 'rubbish'. In the past week, allegations have been made by the young person's mother which claim the unnamed BBC star had paid thousands of pounds for explicit images of them when they were under 18. Since the story broke on 6 July, the presenter has sine been suspended by the broadcaster.
