Britney Spears busted for driving without license, proof of insurance

Police pulled over Britney Spears last month and discovered that she was driving without a license, according to court records obtained by Page Six Tuesday. The California Highway Patrol found that the pop icon, 41, allegedly committed two infractions on Sept. 10 and has a balance of $1,140 due as a result. Per court records, Spears was issued a violation for not having a valid license in her possession and a second violation for failing to provide an officer with proof of insurance.
