‘Not going to speculate’: Assistant Treasurer deflects questions about Lowe’s future

Assistant Treasurer Stephen Jones has declined to comment on the tenability of RBA Governor Philip Lowe staying in his current position. “I’m not going to speculate on that,” Mr Jones told Sky News Australia. “A decision will be made over the course of next month.”
