Dancing is Powerful: How do you create your life's dance routine? Movement is beneficial for our spirit mind and body. Laci Wall aka “LDUB” is a dance fitness instructor in St. George, UT that believes “we’re meant to feel good more than we don’t” and that “life is like a dance routine”. Creating her own fitness format and comfortable space to “Just Be”, Laci’s purpose is to share the importance of moving your body, freeing your energy, and learning to find your worth.
