Debunking DEI: Affirmative action and setting students up for failure

Washington Examiner spoke to a panel on how diversity, equity, and inclusion have been implemented into our everyday lives. Jason Greer, the Founder & President of Greer Consulting, Inc. and Diane Canada, the Founder of the Lady Up America APP get a chance to debunk DEI. Our panel reacts to the supreme court ruling on affirmative action. The argument is to create more diverse thinking in higher education. We ask if the consideration of race in order to allow people who aren't statistically getting accepted is justification enough to use race as a determinative factor for admission and for is this setting people up for failure.
