Chris Hipkins insists China's President Xi Jinping 'is not a dictator'

Sky News host James Macpherson says New Zealand Prime Minister Chris Hipkins has insisted Chinese President Xi Jinping isn’t a dictator. “Hipkins made the claim ahead of his official trip to the dictator’s country this week,” he said. “The Kiwi Prime Minister was asked on Thursday if he agreed with US President Joe Biden that the Chinese communist dictatorship was a communist dictatorship.”
