More election malfeasance in Coffee County, Georgia?

In this video from November 7, 2023, a voter is seen folding a Ward 2 election ballot and placing it in her purse after she voted. The printed ballot was never scanned and was taken from the voting precinct. The voter then requested a provisional ballot in another ward and voted again. Then-Douglas city commissioner Olivia Pearson assisted her with voting and is seen in the video talking with the voter. Election officials caught the incident and threw out the provisional ballot. At least four Georgia code sections prohibit these types of actions. The Secretary of State's Office is aware of the incident but has not launched an investigation.
